Shipments of products may experience slight delays as our shipping partners will not operate for certain days during the holidays.

For the above reasons, items purchased around 24th April to 6th May may be delayed up to 5 days or more from the normal delivery schedule.

(There is also the possibility of slight delays due to a larger volume of incoming items handled during the “Up to 50% Off Shipping Fee Campaign” that ran from April 20th (ET) to April 23rd (ET).)

We estimate deliveries to our buyers to be completed within the following number of days:

• Preparation time for the seller to ship the item to SNKRDUNK Authentication Center: about 1-4 days
• Item arrival at our Authentication Center: about 1-2 days
• Completion of authentication and shipment preparation to the buyer: about 3-6 days
• Delivery to the buyer: about 5-10 business days (due to our shipping partner being closed during the holiday period)
