In order to ensure a smooth transaction, as a general rule, the sellers are required to ship their items within the shipping deadline.

In the unlikely event that you are unable to ship an item within the shipping deadline, we may be able to extend the shipping deadline with the buyer's approval.

For this reason, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible if you need an extension on the shipping deadline.

Please avoid notifying us just before the deadline. *The transaction may be canceled if the deadline extension is not approved by the buyer.

*If the item is not shipped after 10 days have passed from the shipping deadline, the transaction will be automatically canceled.

*A cancellation fee of 10% of the item price will be charged to the seller in either case.
