Please contact Fedex (or Ninja Van for domestic deliveries inside Singapore) directly if you wish to request a specific date and time for delivery.
Please check the transaction chat for the tracking number, which will be included in the shipping notification when the item is shipped out from our Authentication Center.
If the delivery cannot be completed and the package is returned to our office, you will be charged for re-shipping the package, and it will take additional time to deliver.
