If a package is unclaimed after a period of time, it will be returned to our office.

The customer will be responsible for shipping charges for the second shipment and beyond.

Please note that when we resend the item, the customer would need to pay the shipping fee upon delivery.

If you have any problems receiving your package, please contact Fedex (or Ninja Van for domestic shipments within Singapore).

Please check the transaction chat for the tracking number, which will be included in the shipping notification.
